We are seeking a motivated Jr. Developer (Email & Web) to support the execution and delivery of MarTech initiatives across our U.S. and Canadian operations. This role is focused on building and maintaining the digital experiences that power our customer engagement efforts—supporting Salesforce Marketing Cloud email development, new website builds, and ongoing updates to our CMS. Reporting into the MarTech team, this role provides hands-on development capacity to ensure campaigns and experiences launch quickly, accurately, and at scale. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and ready to grow into a larger MarTech Developer role over time.

Key Responsibilities:

Email Development

• Build and QA responsive email templates in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Apply AMPscript/SSJS for personalization, segmentation, and dynamic content.
• Maintain and update email content libraries.

Web Development

• Support new microsite and website builds.
• Maintain and update existing CMS-powered pages.
• Ensure web experiences are fast, mobile-optimized, and on brand.

Campaign Execution

• Partner with marketing teams to rapidly deploy campaigns.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance in email/web builds.
• Troubleshoot rendering issues across devices and browsers.

Collaboration & Support

• Work closely with the Performance & Optimization Manager, senior developers, and designers.
• Translate creative briefs into functional email/web assets.
• Provide technical support during campaign launches.

Learning & Growth

• Develop skills in MarTech platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CMS, analytics).
• Expand front-end coding expertise (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Grow into a broader MarTech Developer role over time.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in front-end or email development (internships, freelance, or entry-level roles considered).
• Basic proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ReactJS preferred).
• Exposure to email development and testing tools a plus.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or another ESP) preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn new technologies.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

This role provides immediate execution capacity while creating a pipeline of future MarTech development talent

Base Salary: $65,000 - $70,000

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based on the U.S. average. The actual base salary offered for this full-time position will be determined by various factors, including but not limited to, location, skills, knowledge, competencies, and experience.
