Responsibilities

What you will be doing:

 

  • Develop a strong understanding of Attains business from a unique perspective and learn how Capital Markets fit into a broader corporate initiative 
  • Manage and enhance financial models focused on asset selection and predictive analytics ensuring compliance with Credit Agreements 
  • Manage and offer support to the preparation of Funding Requests, Borrowing Bases, and Monthly Servicer Reports 
  • Analyze and report portfolio and performance trends to internal stakeholders 
  • Monitor and ensure full compliance with debt covenants, including back-up servicer and verification process requirements 
  • Manage lender audits for warehouse and securitization facilities 
  • Support automation efforts and technology infrastructure supporting the capital markets function 
  • Implementation of controls and monitoring of processes and procedures to ensure safety and compliance 
  • Coordinate and prepare necessary material for investor presentationsmanagement reporting, rating agency requests, and other necessary reporting requests 
  • Perform ad-hoc analyses, provide decision support, and perform other duties as assigned 
  • Develop and maintain strong communication with cross-functional departments on Treasury related matters 
  • This position will have two direct reports and is responsible for providing leadership, guidance, and performance management to ensure team success. 

Qualifications

What you should have:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or other related field from an accredited college or university 
  • 5+ years of prior experience in Treasury, Capital Markets or similar role 
  • Ability to reason through first principles and think outside of the box 
  • Working knowledge of warehouse lending and securitization markets 
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple simultaneous workstreams 
  • Excellent communication skills with acute attention to detail 
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to problem solve 
  • Proficient with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint 
  • Some proficiency in SQL, Snowflake preferred 
  •

Base Salary: $115,000 - $135,000 USD

 

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based on the U.S. average. The actual base salary offered for this full-time position will be determined by various factors, including but not limited to, location, skills, knowledge, competencies, and experience.

 

All full-time salaried employees are eligible for the following benefits, starting on day one: Flexible Paid Time Off Program, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability, and other voluntary coverages. You will also be eligible to participate in our 401k program, starting on the first of the month following 30 days of employment with a company match.
