Responsibilities

We are looking for a UX Designer & Strategist to drive user-centered design solutions and create seamless customer experiences. You will be responsible for crafting intuitive interfaces, conducting user research, and developing UX strategies that align with business goals. Your work will bridge the gap between user needs and technical feasibility, ensuring a compelling and effective user experience.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

 

UX Strategy & Research

  • Develop and execute UX strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights.
  • Analyze user behavior, feedback, and data to identify pain points and opportunities.
  • Create personas, customer journeys, and user flows to inform design decisions.

 

Design & Prototyping

  • Design wireframes, prototypes, and collaborate with digital designer on high-fidelity UI mockups for web and mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Apply best practices in interaction design, accessibility, and responsive design.
  • Maintain design systems to ensure consistency across digital products.

 

Collaboration & Implementation

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into user-friendly solutions.
  • Provide UX guidance and recommendations throughout the product development cycle.
  • Test and iterate designs based on user feedback and data-driven insights.
  • Advocate for UX best practices and a user-centered design approach.

 

 

 

Qualifications

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in UX design, research, and strategy.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD 
  • Strong understanding of usability principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
  • Experience with user research methodologies and testing tools.
  • Ability to communicate design decisions effectively to stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Agile or Lean UX environments.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
  • Experience working with data analytics tools to inform design decisions.

 

 

Base Salary: $80,000 - $95,000

 

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based on the U.S. average. The actual base salary offered for this full-time position will be determined by various factors, including but not limited to, location, skills, knowledge, competencies, and experience.

 

All full-time salaried employees are eligible for the following benefits, starting on day one: Flexible Paid Time Off Program, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability, and other voluntary coverages. You will also be eligible to participate in our 401k program, starting on the first of the month following 30 days of employment with a company match.
