In this role you will be responsible for maintaining our auto secured portfolio perfection rates for our branch operations, through both administrative and customer service tasks.

Responsibilities

Position Overview

 

The Central Title Specialist plays a critical role in supporting branch operations by ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of auto title processing. This position is responsible for maintaining lien perfection rates within the auto-secured portfolio, collaborating with internal teams, and providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external partners.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

 

• Process and manage all incoming and outgoing mail related to perfected titles.

• Collaborate with branch offices to resolve lien perfection issues, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal staff, external vendors, and customers regarding title-related inquiries.

• Monitor and maintain compliance with company policies, state, and federal regulations regarding motor vehicle title processes.

• Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and records to support portfolio perfection rates.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives within centralized operations.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience

 

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Previous experience in auto titling, loan processing, or related administrative work preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when processing documentation.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines effectively.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

• Knowledge of state motor vehicle processes preferred

 

 

Working Conditions & Expectations

 

• Full-time position

• Frequent use of digital platforms, phone, desktop and mobile devices

• Moderate lifting and handling of materials or supplies

• Role is 100% onsite in Greenville, SC

 

 

 

Base Hourly Rate: $18.50 - $21.00

 

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based on the U.S. average. The actual base salary offered for this full-time position will be determined by various factors, including but not limited to, location, skills, knowledge, competencies, and experience.

 

All full-time salaried employees are eligible for the following benefits, starting on day one: Flexible Paid Time Off Program, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability, and other voluntary coverages. You will also be eligible to participate in our 401k program, starting on the first of the month following 30 days of employment with a company match.
