Responsibilities

In this role you will be responsible for leveraging web data and data science to drive end to end digital funnel efficiencies, measure the impact of web initiatives to guide marketing/web practices, and drive towards measurable web strategy goals and site optimizations 

 

What you will be doing:

 

  • Owning web analytics strategy, implementation, and analytics; acting as the Company's key stakeholder to optimize Curo’s digital acquisition strategy and foster digital growth.  
  • Overseeing the web analytics platform with software engineering team, conducting experiments, distilling data into insights, and influencing web strategy decisions through actionable recommendations 
  • Designing experimentation plans to evaluate web changes and new features, improve customer application digital experience and increase conversion, create post-mortem reports and analytics insights, troubleshoot technology and data issues, and identify actionable recommendations based on experiment results 
  • Keeping a pulse on the latest measurement methodologies and tools to aid in defining web measurement strategy, predictive visitor classification, and experimentation 
  • Working with technical subject matter experts including platform and data engineers to ensure web data accuracy and identify optimization opportunities 
  • Delivering regular business critical reports on web performance, ensuring consistency, accuracy and timeliness with actionable insights on learnings 
  • Developing effective measurement frameworks and reports for non-technical audiences to enable actionable insights to improve digital marketing and customer conversion funnel 
  • Partnering with cross functional teams including Risk & Analytics, Operations & Marketing, and finance for holistic evaluation of web initiatives and full alignment to end business goal 

Qualifications

What you should have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in analytical / IT / marketing or related fields
  • 10+ years of experience in digital analytics with hands-on experience with web data and digital platforms
  • Strong technical skills with SQL, Python, and data visualization tools 
  • Deep experience designing web experiments and leveraging tools like Opitmizely to evaluate test results 
  • Familiarity with organic and paid marketing initiatives with deep understanding of divergent traffic sources, behaviors and needs
  • Strong communication skills, particularly when explaining technical matters to less technical co-workers or an executive audience 
  • Expert knowledge working with web measurement tools like Google Analytics, ContentSquare etc. Strong experience with web measurement and web metric definition best practices
  • Familiarity with data warehouse design, development and best practices 
  • Comfortable dealing with non-well-defined problems and experimenting with different approaches
  • Demonstrated ability to influence decision makers and work with cross-functional partners
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, matrixed organization, with multiple stakeholders across time zones
  • Knowledge of the consumer lending industry 

Base Salary: $130,000 - $170,000

 

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based on the U.S. average. The actual base salary offered for this full-time position will be determined by various factors, including but not limited to, location, skills, knowledge, competencies, and experience.

 

All full-time salaried employees are eligible for the following benefits, starting on day one: Flexible Paid Time Off Program, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability, and other voluntary coverages. You will also be eligible to participate in our 401k program, starting on the first of the month following 30 days of employment with a company match.
