Responsibilities

Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, we are looking for an experienced and strategic Principal Recruiter to join our growing talent team. As our lead corporate talent advisor, you will be responsible for driving full-cycle recruiting strategies and leading the execution across our corporate functions. The right candidate will have a consultative style, can build bench strategies, but is driven by execution. This role will partner closely with our corporate leaders to help build out recruiting plans for our hyper growth technology function.

What you will be doing:

You will partner with corporate function leaders to understand business objectives and current and future recruitment needs.

  • Develop and implement innovative and proactive recruitment and sourcing strategies and campaigns to achieve current and future staffing levels
  • Research, analyze, prepare and present hiring/market data to your hiring managers
    Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) and client relationship management (CRM) tool
  • Act as a liaison with employment agencies and search firms if necessary
    Participate in broader talent initiatives that focus on best ways to acquire, engage and develop talent
  • Serve as a thought partner on workforce planning and organizational design discussions
  • Manage your candidates throughout the interview process and provide exceptional candidate experience
  • Work closely with hiring managers and interview panels to ensure alignment throughout the recruitment process

Qualifications

What you should have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of full lifecycle corporate recruitment experience or agency experience
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting practices including but not limited to sourcing solutions, interviewing and selection techniques, legal compliance and employment
    policies
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management Systems (CRM)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize competing priorities on tight deadlines
  • Business acumen needed to understand business goals and translate into recruitment goals
  • Eager to take on new tasks/responsibilities

 

Base Salary: $65,000 - $80,000

 

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based on the U.S. average. The actual base salary offered for this full-time position will be determined by various factors, including but not limited to, location, skills, knowledge, competencies, and experience.

 

All full-time salaried employees are eligible for the following benefits, starting on day one: Flexible Paid Time Off Program, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability, and other voluntary coverages. You will also be eligible to participate in our 401k program, starting on the first of the month following 30 days of employment with a company match.
