This position follows a hybrid work model based at our London, KY Office.

The SMS Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration, execution, governance, and operational support of the organization's enterprise SMS platform.

This role ensures SMS communications are reliable, secure, compliant, and effectively delivered across Collections, Customer Service, Marketing, Branch Operations, and other business functions.

The SMS Administrator serves as the primary operational and technical subject-matter expert for SMS platform administration, including user access, campaign configuration, workflow management, message deployment, reporting, troubleshooting, and production support.

The role works closely with business stakeholders, Technology, Compliance, Legal, Contact Centre Operations, and external vendors to ensure SMS communications are delivered accurately and in accordance with applicable regulatory, carrier, and internal requirements.

The role will also support the ongoing enhancement of the organization's SMS capabilities by identifying operational issues, recommending process improvements, supporting automation opportunities, and assisting with the implementation of new platform functionality and integrations

Base Salary:  $50,000 - $70,000 USD

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based on the U.S. average. The actual base salary offered for this full-time position will be determined by various factors, including but not limited to, location, skills, knowledge, competencies, and experience.
